The event including three steps. First step: promotion; apply to bus stop, parking lot light box, flag and BART digital ads. Second step: during the event; provide the materials, including brochure, volunteer name tag, cleaning stuff, event by pass tickets. Third step: after the event; volunteer can get the give away from event, including canvas tote bag and badges.
